Michael Woody

Associate attorney, Michael Woody, joined our firm as a law school intern. Prior to joining us, Michael interned with the United States Army JAG Corps, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, and with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy. Despite his youth, Michael has extensive experience in the courtroom, motions practice, and contract law.

Michael earned his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While there, Michael served his colleagues as a member of the Student Leadership Committee, Student Legal Education Committee, the College of Law Admissions Committee, the Committee for the Center for Professional Development, and the University of Cincinnati College of Law Trial Team.

Michael earned his bachelor's degree at Georgia Southern University. While there, Michael focused his efforts on his community. Working with advocacy groups, lawyers, and politicians to assist the less fortunate.

Michael resides in Northern Kentucky with his wife and dog. Having married into a Spanish speaking family, he enjoys studying and practicing Spanish every chance he gets. Michael's law practice areas are criminal, Family, and civil. We are excited about what he brings to the table for the firm and our clients.
